Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking ambitious, high-caliber graduate students for assignments within the Safeguards Internship Program (SIP), funded by the National Nuclear Security Administration. Our project work focus on nuclear safeguards and improving international capabilities to deter, detect, and interdict nuclear weapons or illicit technology. The candidate will work side-by-side with top leaders in the nonproliferation community to support technologies and policies to help U.S. allies develop the infrastructure to thwart nuclear terrorism. Location of the assignment could be in our Richland, WA or Seattle, WA office.
